PAYMENTS: I work through Paypal invoices and Vgen. I will only start your commission once the payment is fully sent.

REVISIONS: Overall posing and proportion corrections must be pointed out during the sketching/lining phase. Coloring changes must be made during the base coloring phase. You have 3 free corrections. Extra revisions and corrections made during later phases will have a fee.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY: Any deadline must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance. I usually work first-come, first-served, but I prioritize simple commissions over more complex ones. You can check my queue on my Trello.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: I only allow cancellations and full refunds if I haven't started your commission within a month. A 70% partial refund is available before finishing the sketching phase. If I'm unable to finish your commission for any reason, I will refund you 100% of the money or offer alternative artwork that covers the price paid. Claiming dissatisfaction with the result doesn't warrant a refund, as the commissioner has been sent updates to voice concerns.

USE & PROPERTY: Any commission for commercial use must be communicated to apply the proper fee. You are allowed to post the piece in your social media, giving proper credit. You may NOT claim my work as your own, make it into an NFT, or use it to train Generative AI. Not disclosing a piece will be used for commercial use will get you BLACKLISTED. If you change your mind later on and want to use a personal commission for commercial use, please communicate with me so you can either pay the fee or arrange royalties.

COMMUNICATION: I communicate most comfortably through Discord, but we can use your preferred social media.

BLACKLISTING: If you request a chargeback at any point without communicating or when you were not allowed to, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply Vgen with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be BLACKLISTED for commissioning me again. Other actions that will get you blacklisted: harassment, misuse of my work, deceiving me, requesting problematic or hateful content, etc.

Characters' colors may change because of my art style/color palette. If you want me to keep the colors 100% accurate please specify so.

I reserve my right to use the piece as part of my portfolio, but only under customer’s agreement, I may decide to post it on social media.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I find it problematic for my brand.
